B Investments discusses selling 20% of its take in Total Egypt

B Investments Holdings announced holding preliminary discussions with Total Egypt to exercise its right to sell 20 percent of its stake in the later.

B Investments owns 7.97 percent stake in Total Egypt.

Total Egypt is subsidiary of Total established in 1998. The company is active across the entire oil product distribution sector, with general sales, lubricants, marine and aviation activities as well as a retail network.

The company currently employs 230 people and makes particular efforts in recruitment, training and professional development.

During 2019, B Investment Holdings recorded net profits of LE 173.7 million, compared to LE 194.48 million in 2018.
