Pope Twadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark Diocese returned to Cairo from Austria, wrapping up a pastoral tour of Europe which started on October 9.
In statements on Monday, Coptic Orthodox Church spokesman Father Boules Halim said the pope visited a number of parishes in France, Switzerland, Belgium and Austria.
During the tour, he met with the Egyptian ambassadors in the four countries as well as high-ranking officials, topped by French President Emmanuel Macron.
