{"id":99214,"date":"2018-07-15T21:44:48","date_gmt":"2018-07-15T19:44:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/almowatna.news\/?p=99214"},"modified":"2018-07-15T21:44:48","modified_gmt":"2018-07-15T19:44:48","slug":"regional-ring-road-completed-connecting-7-governorates-cairo-transport-ministry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/almowatna.news\/?p=99214","title":{"rendered":"Regional Ring Road completed, connecting 7 governorates with Cairo: Transport Ministry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ministry of Transportation announced on Sunday the completion of the 400 km Regional Ring Road which connects seven governorates; Ismailia, Suez, Sharkeya, Qaliobya, Monofya, Giza, Fayom with the Cairo governorate.<\/p>\n<p>Head of General Authority of Roads, Bridges and Land Transportation (GARBLT) Adel Turk said that the road connects the seven governorates\u2019 highways with the main entrances of Cairo, adding that the road was implemented according to the global specifications.<\/p>\n<p>Turk said that the Traffic Administration would prevent lorries loaded with five-ton-cargo or above from entering Cairo, following the opening of the regional road. Lorries carrying four-ton cargo or less only would be allowed to go through Cairo.<\/p>\n<p>According to the GARBLT\u2019s statistics, the government will gain profits not less than LE1 billion from the Regional Road.
