CAIRO \u2013 28 June 2022: Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received on Tuesday Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi at the Bahrain International Airport.<\/p>\n
After that, the Bahraini king received Sisi at Al-Sakhir Palace in Manama, where an official reception ceremony was held, Presidential Spokesman Bassam Rady said.<\/p>\n
On Tuesday morning, President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi met with Sultan of Oman Haitham Bin Tarek al-Said at Al Elm Al Amer Castle in Muscat holding talks without the officials of both countries unlike Monday’s meeting.<\/p>\n
The presidency’s press statement indicated that the Sultan valued the distinguished role played by Egypt in the reinforcement of joint Arab work in the face of crises and challenges, which is essential for stability in the Middle East and enhancement of the developmental, economic, and social conditions.<\/p>\n
On his side, the president lauded the level of Egyptian-Omani coordination and similarity in visions on issues of mutual interest. That is best embodied in the two countries’ congruence on backing efforts deployed to maintain the security of navigation in the Red Sea and the Arab Gulf. That also extends to combating terrorist and extremist organizations.<\/p>\n
Egypt\u2019s president Abdel Fattah al Sisi will embarked on Monday, in a tour that includes Oman and Bahrain to discuss the bilateral ties between Egypt and both of the two Gulf states, according to presidential spokesperson Bassam Rady.<\/p>\n
