Mais pourquoi notre corps et notre esprit semblent-ils appr\u00e9cier autant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0?<\/p>\n<h3>Le soleil est notre ami<\/h3>\n<p>Pendant l\u2019hiver, les risques de d\u00e9pression saisonni\u00e8re sont plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s qu\u2019en \u00e9t\u00e9. La grisaille et le manque de lumi\u00e8re nous donnent le cafard, tandis que les chaudes journ\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 stimulent le cerveau, qui produit plus de\u00a0<strong>s\u00e9rotonine, l\u2019hormone de la bonne humeur<\/strong>. Les rayons du soleil aident \u00e9galement notre organisme \u00e0\u00a0<strong>fabriquer de la vitamine D<\/strong>, un nutriment essentiel pour contr\u00f4ler notre humeur, am\u00e9liorer notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire et booster notre cerveau. Autre point positif\u00a0:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.santemagazine.fr\/l-influence-de-la-lumiere-sur-notre-sante-55559.html\">le contact avec la lumi\u00e8re<\/a>\u00a0permet \u00e0 l\u2019organisme de mieux r\u00e9gulier la production de\u00a0<strong>la m\u00e9latonine, l\u2019hormone du sommeil<\/strong>, et \u00e0 passer ainsi de meilleures nuits.<\/p>\n<h3>La bonne nourriture<\/h3>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la tentation des ap\u00e9ritifs alcoolis\u00e9s, des glaces \u00e0 n\u2019importe quelle heure et des barbecues un peu trop gras, l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 reste une saison o\u00f9 il est plus facile de\u00a0<strong>manger \u00e9quilibr\u00e9<\/strong>.
