{"id":257464,"date":"2022-04-23T23:11:16","date_gmt":"2022-04-23T21:11:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/almowatna.news\/?p=257464"},"modified":"2022-04-23T23:11:16","modified_gmt":"2022-04-23T21:11:16","slug":"cairo-metro-keeps-working-hours-2-eid-al-fitr-holidays","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/almowatna.news\/?p=257464","title":{"rendered":"Cairo metro keeps working hours until 2 AM during Eid Al Fitr holidays"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CAIRO \u2013 23 April 2022: The Cairo Metro company announced that it would keep the extension of operating hours for the three lines of the metro during the three-day Eid Al-Fitr celebrations due next week.<\/p>\n<p>The Metro lines would start operating from 5:15 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. instead of 1:00 a.m. <\/p>\n<p>The metro company said that the last train on the third line will meet with the last train on the second line at Ataba station at 12.55 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the last train on the first line will meet with the last train on the second line at transitional station of Anwar Sadat station at 1:00 am.<\/p>\n<p>The working hours of the Cairo metro were extended for an extra hour until 2 AM during the holy month of Ramadan.<\/p>\n<p>Over the holy month and during Eid, all shops, malls, restaurants and cafes will be open for public until 2:00 a.m., said the Egyptian Minister of Local Development Mahmoud Shaarawy in a previous statement. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the takeaway and home delivery services of restaurants and caf\u00e9s operate for 24 hours a day, the ministry\u2019s decision said in early April.
