CAIRO \u2013 4 March 2022: Egypt\u2019s Grand Mufti Shawki Allam condemned the bombing of a Shia Mosque in Pakistan\u2019s Peshawar during the Friday prayer, which killed at least 45 and injured dozens.<\/p>\n
\u201cTerrorist groups do not observe the sanctity of blood and the sanctity of the houses of Allah,\u201d Allam said.<\/p>\n
The Grand Mufti extended his sincere condolences to the government and people of Pakistan for the victims of the terrorist incident.<\/p>\n
He prayed to God to have mercy on the victims and heal the injured.<\/p>\n
Sectarian violence in the recent years in Pakistan have claimed the lives of thousands of people.<\/p>\n
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack until now.<\/p>\n
