Egypt jumped 38 places in the index of the safest countries in the world in 2021, according to an infographic published by the Egyptian Cabinet Information Center.<\/p>\n
The infographic shows that Egypt succeeded in advancing 38 places despite the increase in the number of countries on the index this year, as well as despite the Covid-19 pandemic repercussions, and the large numbers of injuries and deaths it left around the world.<\/p>\n
In the ranking, the United States came after Egypt at 71st, Brazil at 129th, and others.<\/p>\n
Egypt ranked 65th globally in 2021 among 134 countries, compared to 103rd out of 128 countries in 2019. Iceland, the UAE and Qatar were the top 3 countries on the index in 2021.<\/p>\n
The “World’s Safest Country” index also includes three main factors: personal security, wars, natural disasters, and safety from the risk of infection with the Corona virus.<\/p>\n
