are scheduled to be launched during 2021, according to Chairman of the company Ahmed Al-Eter<\/p>\n<p>Al-Eter added in a statement, Monday, that the company has proposed a 14-floor commercial and administrative medical tower project in the downtown at the administrative capital, with a total investment of LE4 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The company\u2019s Chairman indicated that the offices of Zaha Hadid and Dar Al-Handasah are preparing the initial designs for the 80 floor- tower project in the Administrative Capital.<\/p>\n<p>JD Holding was established in partnership between the two companies,
