The Italian police have not yet identified the murderer but have arrested the flat owner, an Egyptian national, on suspicion of killing Milad Gerges, 47. <\/p>\n
Eyewitnesses said that they could recognize an argument inside the apartment, where the victim was stabbed, among six people. <\/p>\n
Preliminary investigation indicates that Gerges was stabbed inside the apartment but could move to the building’s entrance before he died of wounds. Investigations are still ongoing.<\/p>\n
