Acclaimed Egyptian architect and International Ambassador of Design, Dalia Sadany, was awarded the \u201cGolden Award\u201d at the international A\u2019 Design Award and Competition in Italy for her project entitled \u201cThe Cyber Security Museum\u2019\u2019. <\/p>\n
This award is one of the prominent in the world that is granted to the best designers, architects and design companies around the world. <\/p>\n
\u201cThis museum was not easy to design, but served as a challenge and incentive for every Egyptian to know more about his\/her history. With the assistance of a number of Egyptologists and IT experts, I did a lot of research and studies, which we documented in Arabic and English. Together we built a full comparison and study of the origin of information security in Egypt\u201d Sadany said in her interview with Women of Egypt. <\/p>\n
Sadany is big name in the international community of architecture and decoration. Her designs are inspired by Egypt\u2019s ancient civilization. <\/p>\n
\u201cOur ancestors were the first to discover the importance of information security and ways to protect it, whereas we found several similarities, including Firewall, Deep Web, Password, Anti-Virus, Maze concept, Honey Pot and other applications. I was fascinated to find their origins go back to ancient Egypt\u201d Sadany recounted to Women of Egypt. <\/p>\n
