{"id":136055,"date":"2019-06-10T23:26:00","date_gmt":"2019-06-10T21:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/almowatna.news\/?p=136055"},"modified":"2019-06-10T23:26:00","modified_gmt":"2019-06-10T21:26:00","slug":"egyptair-receive-third-boeing-787-9-dreamliner-jet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/almowatna.news\/?p=136055","title":{"rendered":"EgyptAir to receive third Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner jet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An EgyptAir delegation headed to Seattle City in Washington on Monday to receive the third 787-9 Dreamliner jet after Egypt&#8217;s flag carrier supported its fleet with dozens of new aircrafts of different models. <\/p>\n<p>Chairman and CEO of EGYPTAIR Airlines Ashraf el-Kholy stated that Egypt has received two B787-9 Dreamliner jets as part of a plan to buy six jets of the same model. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are making these investments to give our passengers better flying experiences and further demonstrate our dedication to providing a five-star airline service,\u201d Kholy previously said. <\/p>\n<p>Two planes of that model arrived in Egypt in March and April, respectively. By 2020, a total of 33 new jets will have joined EgyptAir\u2019s fleet, in addition to six Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner jets, 12 Airbus A220-300 planes, and 15 Airbus A320neo aircraft. <\/p>\n<p>A Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner jet has 309 seats divided into 279 seats in the economy class, and 30 Super Diamond seats, which can turn into full-flat beds. The plane can fly for a distance ranging between 14,800 and 15,700 kilometers without transit.
