Priest Makar Saad of Mary Marcus Church in Shubra was shot dead by a 45-year-old worker called Kamal Shawky, who fired three bullets at the priest in his room. <\/p>\n
The victim had promised to provide financial assistance for the worker who needed money to fund his daughters\u2019 marriages but did not fulfill his promise. As the defendant was reproaching the priest, a fight occurred and he gunned the priest down. <\/p>\n
The Church offered its condolences for the Priest, saying the funeral will be held when the investigation ends. <\/p>\n
