Liverpool Egyptian winger, Mohamed Salah, led his team to achieve a 2-1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur at home at the Premier League on Sunday night to keep his team in the league title race. <\/p>\n
Salah did not put an end to his goal drought but he was the main reason behind Liverpool\u2019s late winning goal that secured the three points for the Reds. <\/p>\n
Beside the league title race, Salah has his own race to win the Premier League top goal scorer after he secured the award last season. <\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t care so much if the goal is mine of not. As long as we get the three points that is the main thing. The goal is not very important; if they give it to me or not I don\u2019t care,\u201d Salah told skysports after the game. <\/p>\n
Two minutes before the final whistle, the score was 1-1 at Anfield and the home team needed a hero to gain the three points. <\/p>\n
Salah received a wonderful cross from Trent Alexander Arnold and his header was dropped by the visitors\u2019 goalkeeper, Hugo Lloris, onto the legs of his teammate, Toby Alderweireld, who failed to control the ball and scored an own goal. <\/p>\n
