The Islamophobia Monitoring Observatory at Egypt’s Dar al-Ifta condemned an attack on a worshiper in one of London mosques just several hours after the deadly terror attack that took place at two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, leaving 49 worshipers dead. <\/p>\n
The observatory urged the British authorities to take all needed measures to protect the lives of the worshipers and maintain security in mosques. <\/p>\n
A Muslim man was attacked with a “hammer\u201d outside an East London mosque earlier in the day. <\/p>\n
Eyewitnesses told the Independent that the attackers were a group of three men, who called people who came for the Friday prayers “terrorists.” <\/p>\n
