Capital Group Properties (CGP) succeeded in attracting attention to East Cairo through a strong and pleasant view of El-Borouj Theater, which launched in 2018 and can host up to 7,000 individuals.<\/p>\n

El-Sawy Culturewheel has been chosen to run and manage the new theater; the theater which Capital Group Properties aims to transform into a cultural destination for East Cairo and the surrounding areas, making it a forum hosting creators and intellectuals.<\/p>\n
The launching of El-Borouj Theater in October 2018 was attended by almost 3,000 individuals, who enjoyed classical piano extracts of world class musician Ramzi Yussi.<\/p>\n
During the opening ceremony, prominent musician Omar Khairat and his band also performed some of his most popular musical compositions , in addition to a special performance by famed singer Angham.<\/p>\n
Capital Group Properties aims to make El-Borouj Theater a platform to support local and international talents and has already begun to organize various educational, cultural and entertainment events.<\/p>\n
The CGP project is being built on an area of 5 million square meters and is the company\u2019s first project in Egypt aiming to make a real positive transformation in Egypt\u2019s real estate sector.<\/p>\n
Moreover, El-Borouj Theater hosted a number of distinguished concerts which included a concert for contemporary Egyptian poet Hisham al-Gakh, and the first progressive rock band in Egypt AndrOedA. The theater also hosted a concert for famed Syrian performer George Wassouf.<\/p>\n
In celebration of the sales of 2,500 residential units in Al-Borouj Compound, Capital Group Properties held a concert for famed Lebanese star Elissa on the new theater. The event was attended by a number of media professionals, artists and public figures.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, CGP organized several family and child entertainment programs. El-Sawy Culturewheel held the Chocolate Festival (Chocofest) in December 2018, presenting several entertainment shows for children.<\/p>\n
